Designating District Three City Council Representative Mike Harris as the City’s Voting Delegate for the September 23 through 25, 2026, League of California Cities Annual Conference and General Assembly Meeting; and B. Authorizing staff to submit the Voting Delegate designation form to the League of California Cities prior to the conference.
