RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving Resolution 2026-24, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Merced, California, approving the Final Map Tract No. 5431 Bellevue Ranch North, Village 24A; and, B. Approving the Subdivision Agreement for Bellevue Ranch North, Village 24A; and, C. Authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
