SUBJECT: Request to Schedule A Public Hearing on June 15, 2026, to Allow for Public Input on the Various Maintenance Districts’ Engineer’s Reports and Budgets for Fiscal Year 2026/2027 During the Public Meeting REPORT IN BRIEF Staff is requesting a public hearing to receive public input on the budgets for various Maintenance Districts during the public meeting but defers any action on the assessment levy determination until the close of the Public Hearing scheduled for Monday, June 15, 2026. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion to schedule a public hearing on June 15, 2026, seeking public input on the Fiscal Year 2026/2027 Maintenance Districts’ budgets, without taking action until the Public Hearing is closed on June 15, 2026.
