SUBJECT: Request to Approve a Supplemental Appropriation from the Unencumbered, Unreserved Fund Balance of Fund 3002-Bell Station in the Amount of $51,000 REPORT IN BRIEF Staff is requesting a supplemental appropriation from the unencumbered, unreserved fund balance of Fund 3002-Bell Station in the amount of $51,000 for property utilities and building repairs at the Bell Station located at 415 W. 18th Street. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion approving a supplemental appropriation from the unencumbered, unreserved fund balance of Fund 3002-Bell Station in the amount of $45,000 for property utilities and $6,000 in Operating Materials and Services at the Bell Station located at 415 W. 18th Street.
