RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion approving a supplemental appropriation from the unencumbered, unreserved fund balance of Fund 3002-Bell Station in the amount of $45,000 for property utilities and $6,000 in Operating Materials and Services at the Bell Station located at 415 W. 18th Street.
