RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Adopting Resolution 2025-67, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Merced, California, Assuring Timely Delivery for the 2025 Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Program Application with Merced Association of Governments (MCAG); and, B. Authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
