RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion A. Approving the use of the first floor of the Merced Civic Center by MCAG to host the California Transportation Commission on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.; allowing the serving of alcohol; subject to the conditions outlined in the administrative report; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents necessary to ensure compliance with the approved conditions.
