SUBJECT: Approval of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Between the City of Merced Police Department and the University of California Merced Police Department REPORT IN BRIEF Considers approving a MOA between the City of Merced Police Department and the University of California Merced Police Department. This is a no cost agreement that outlines operational responsibilities between the two departments. RECOMMENDATION City Council – Adopt a motion: A. Approving of a Memorandum of Agreement with the City of Merced Police Department and the University of California Merced Police Department; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
