SUBJECT: REQUEST #25-25 Requesting A Three-Way Stop at the Intersection of Parsons and East North Bear Creek and a Three-Way Stop at the Intersection of Oleander and East North Bear Creek. REPORT IN BRIEF Citizen shares concerns of multiple fatal and non-fatal accidents occurring on East North Bear Creek Avenue. Citizen states that the stretch of road from G Street to McKee Road on East North Bear Creek has no stop lights or stop signs, which adds to the increase in speeding motorists. Citizen is requesting a three -way stop be installed at the intersections of Oleander Avenue and East North Bear Creek, and Parsons Avenue and East North Bear Creek.
