SUBJECT: Approval of a Second Amendment to the Professional Service Agreement with Provost & Pritchard Engineering Group, Incorporated, for Additional Drilling for the Airport Remediation Site Investigation and a Supplemental Appropriation in the Amount of $15,000 From Fund 6001 Water Operations REPORT IN BRIEF: Considers approving a Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement for the additional drilling to the work program and investigation at the Airport Remediation Site as required by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board in the amount of $15,000 for a contract total of $468,565. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving the Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Provost & Pritchard Engineering Group for the additional drilling to the work program and investigation at the Airport Remediation Site as required by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board in the amount of $15,000; and, B. Approving a Supplemental Appropriation in the amount of $15,000 from the unencumbered, unreserved fund balance of Fund 6001-Water Operations, Professional Services account; and, C. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
