RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving a First Amendment to Agreement with Central Valley Lawnscapes in the additional amount of $9,588, for a total not to exceed annual amount of $371,148, to provide weekly landscape maintenance services at Downtown Maintenance District for the contract term ending June 30, 2026; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager to execute any necessary documents and execute future contract amendments.
