SUBJECT: Approval of a Project Specific Maintenance Agreement with the State of California for the Gateway Monuments Project, CP230058, to Maintain the Six Monuments Located at SR 59, SR 99, and SR 140 REPORT IN BRIEF Considers approving the Project Specific Maintenance Agreement with the State of California for the Gateway Monuments Project, CP230058. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving the Project Specific Maintenance Agreement with the State of California for maintenance of the six (6) monuments located on SR 59, SR 99, And SR 140 and within the State Right-of-Way; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
