RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Adopting Resolution 2025-32, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Merced, California, approving Federal-Aid Projects Program Supplement Agreement No. F040; and, B. Accepting CMAQ grant funds in the amount of $84,103 for preliminary engineering costs associated with the design of the Multi-Use Path on Community College Drive and Yosemite Avenue Project; and, C. Increasing revenue and appropriating the same in Fund 5005-Street and Signal CIP; and, D. Approving the use of pooled cash until reimbursement is received from the grant; and, E. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
