SUBJECT: Authorization to Accept the Donation of “Two” 24 by 40-Foot Modular Buildings from Merced City School District for the Merced Regional Fire Training Center REPORT IN BRIEF Considers authorizing to accept a donation of “two” 24 by 40-foot modular buildings with a value of $70,000 from Merced City School District, as the main office and conference room/storage for the fire department at the Merced Regional Fire Training Center. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Accepting a donation in the form of “two” 24 by 40-foot modular buildings with a value of $70,000 from Merced City School District; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
