RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving Resolution 2025-14, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Merced, California, approving the Final Subdivision Map for Bellevue Ranch West Villages 18 - 22, Phase 4 Subdivision (#5422); and, B. Approving the Subdivision Agreement for the Bellevue Ranch West Villages 18 - 22, Phase 4 Subdivision; and, C. Authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
