SUBJECT: Approval of a Supplemental Appropriation from the Unencumbered, Unreserved Fund Balance of Fund 1017-Economic Development Opportunity in the Amount of $100,000 and Transferring $250,000 from Fund 5003-Airport Industrial Park to Fund 5006-Airport CIP Fund REPORT IN BRIEF Considers approving a supplemental appropriation from the unreserved, unencumbered fund balance from 1017-Economic Development Opportunity in the amount of $100,000 and transferring $250,000 from Fund 5003-Airport Industrial Park, for a total amount of $350,000 for the design phase of the new fuel storage and bulk loading/unloading system at the Merced Regional Airport. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving a supplemental appropriation from the unreserved, unencumbered fund balance of Fund 1017-Economic Development Opportunity in the amount of $100,000, transferring to Fund 5006 Airport CIP and appropriating the same to the Fuel Farm Project CP220067; and, B. Approving the transfer of $250,000 from Fund 5003-Airport Industrial Park Projects to be Determined to Fund 5006 Airport CIP in the amount of $250,000 and appropriating the same to the Fuel Farm Project CP220067.
