RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving a public art mural installation along the R Street and Fahrens Park multiuse path undercrossing as recommended by the Arts and Culture Advisory Commission; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
