SUBJECT: REQUEST #24-42 Requesting Street Lights Between The 500 To 600 Blocks Of East 21st Street. REPORT IN BRIEF Citizen expresses concern for the elderly of the church who must walk from further distances to access the church due to the lack of parking in the front of the church. Citizen adds that there is no available parking during the church’s events because of other vehicles using these parking spaces.
