SUBJECT: Approval of a Supplemental Appropriation from the Unencumbered, Unreserved Fund Balance of Fund 3002-Bell Station in the Amount of $53,000 REPORT IN BRIEF Considers approving a Supplemental Appropriation from the unencumbered, unreserved fund balance of Fund 3002-Bell Station in the amount of $53,000 for property utilities and building repairs at the Bell Station located at 415 W. 18th Street. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving a supplemental appropriation from the unencumbered, unreserved fund balance of Fund 3002-Bell Station in the amount of $40,000 for property utilities and $13,000 in Professional Services at the Bell Station located at 415 W. 18th Street; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents; and, C. Authorizing the Finance Officer to make the necessary budget adjustments.
