SUBJECT: Request for Continuance of Second Public Hearing Regarding the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) 2024 Annual Action Plan to the Council Meeting of August 5, 2024 REPORT IN BRIEF Requests Council to continue the scheduled Second Public Hearing to the August 5, 2024, Council meeting, to allow staff additional time to finalize the plan to an approval-ready status. RECOMMENDATION City Council - A. Open the scheduled Public Hearing, receive any new public comment; and, B. Adopt a motion continuing the Public Hearing to the Council Meeting of August 5, 2024
