RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving a Professional Services Agreement with Goodwin Consulting Group, Inc. to prepare the Rate and Method of Apportionment for Community Facilities Annexations in an amount not to exceed $100,000; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents; and, C. Authorizing the Finance Officer to make the necessary budget adjustments.
