SUBJECT: Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with McCampbell Analytical, Inc., for Bioassay Laboratory Services in the Annual Amount of $19,170 for a Three (3) Year Agreement, for a Total Amount not to Exceed $57,510, with Contract Term Ending June 30, 2027 REPORT IN BRIEF Considers approving a Professional Services Agreement with McCampbell Analytical, Inc. for bioassay laboratory services for a three-year term in a total amount not to exceed $57,510. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving a Professional Services Agreement with McCampbell Analytical, Inc. for bioassay laboratory services in the total contract amount of $57,510 with contract term ending on June 30, 2027; and, B. Authorizing the Finance Officer to make the necessary budget adjustments; and, C. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
