RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving a Services Agreement between the City of Merced and RSG Inc., for affordable housing consulting services for Fiscal Years 2024-25 and 2025-26 in an amount not to exceed $161,000; and, B. Authorizing the Finance Officer to make the necessary budget adjustments; and, C. Authorizing the City Manager to make minor modifications if necessary and execute all the necessary documents on behalf of the City.
