SUBJECT: REQUEST #24-25 Requesting Curb To Be Painted Red For No Parking. REPORT IN BRIEF Citizen states there is a lot of traffic congestion in the McCombs Youth Center parking lot when drivers park along the curb. Painting the curb within the parking lot can support the flow of traffic.
