SUBJECT: Schedule the Recreation & Parks Commission Annual Youth Service Provider Site Review REPORT IN BRIEF The Recreation & Parks Commission has established an ongoing interest in monitoring programming which takes place in facilities, owned by the City, and contracted to outside service providers. The Commission has also established the practice of an annual in person site review to help inform their recommendation to City Council to either renew or revise agreements with Youth Service Providers.
