SUBJECT: REQUEST #24-13 Requesting Lights Under The Highway 99 Underpasses. REPORT IN BRIEF Citizen states there are multiple underpasses in South Merced in which the lights in the underpass are out. Many community members that walk the area feel unsafe at night.
