SUBJECT: REQUEST #24-47 Requesting A Crosswalk Traffic Signal At The Intersection Of Gerard Avenue And Starlight Avenue. REPORT IN BRIEF Citizen shares concerns for the safety of pedestrians who utilize this crosswalk, many being children. Citizen adds that they witnessed a near-miss of a vehicle-pedestrian accident at this location due to the driver speeding. Adding signage with lights to add more attention to the crosswalk could support pedestrian safety.
