1. Discussion and Direction in Regards to the Ambulance Services Contract and the Future of EMS in Mariposa County
2. Approve the Contract Renewal Proposal with Area 12 Agency on Aging for Services in Second Year (Fiscal Year 2023-2024) of Awarded Four-Year Area 12 Agency Grant (July 2022 through June 2026); and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Proposal
3. Approve an Agreement with George Reed for Yosemite West Emergency Access Road Repairs; Authorize the Yosemite West Maintenance District Chair to sign the Agreement; and Find the Project Meets All Emergency Requirements pursuant to the Public Contract Code Section 22050 and that the Emergency did not Permit a Delay Resulting from a Competitive Solicitation for Bids, and that the Action was Necessary to Respond to the Emergency (4/5th Vote Required)
4. Approve an Agreement with Mid Cal Pipeline & Utilities for Yosemite West Emergency Waterline Repairs; Authorize the Yosemite West Maintenance District Chair to sign the Agreement; and Find the Project Meets All Emergency Requirements pursuant to the Public Contract Code Section 22050 and that the Emergency did not Permit a Delay Resulting from a Competitive Solicitation for Bids, and that the Action was Necessary to Respond to the Emergency (4/5th Vote Required)
5. Approve an Agreement to Purchase Approximately 70.1 Acres of Real Property at 7168 and 7170 Yosemite Parkway in Yosemite West, California, on Behalf of the Yosemite West Maintenance District; and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign the Agreement and Any Other Documents Necessary to Complete the Purchase (Subject to Approval as to Legal Form by County Counsel)
6. Approve a Lease Agreement Within the Parking District Commencing on July 1, 2023 and Terminating on June 30, 2025; and Authorize the Parking District Chair to Sign the Agreement
7. Approve a Lease Agreement with Mariposa Preschool Cooperative, a California Non-Profit Corporation, for Use of the Woodland Community Building for Fiscal Year 2022/2023; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Agreement
