Approve an Agreement with Sierra Communications & Construction Inc. for Ranchito Drive Emergency Repair Project in the Amount Not to Exceed $65,000; Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Agreement; and Find the Project Meets All Emergency Requirements Pursuant to the Public Contract Code Section 22050 and that the Emergency did not Permit a Delay Resulting from a Competitive Solicitation for Bids, and that the Action was Necessary to Respond to the Emergency($65,000) (4/5th Vote Required)

4. Approve Lease Agreement for Real Property at 5300 Highway 49 in Mariposa with Quest Diagnostics; and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign the Agreement
5. Authorize the Public Works Director to Award Financial Support to Mariposa County Youth Sports Organizations
6. Accept Grant Award from the National Environmental Health Association - US Food and Drug Administration (NEHA - FDA RFFM); and Approve Budget Action Increasing Revenue and Appropriations in the Environmental Health Department Budget to Recognize the Grant Funding ($19,000) (4/5ths Vote Required)
