2. Approve Two Agreements to Purchase Real Property in the Amount of $5,000 each for a total of $10,000 for Permanent Easements on the Mariposa Creek Parkway through APN 013-230-054 and APN 013-230-021; and Authorize the Public Works Director to Sign the Agreements and Accept the Easements
3. Approve a Letter of Support for the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) to Set-Aside the Staff Recommendation for the Federal Fund Account (FFA) Last Mile Program Award for Mariposa County, and Instead Award the Funding to Golden State Connect Authority (GSCA) for the Execution of their Proposed Open Access, Last Mile, Municipal Fiber Network; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Letter (Supervisor Menetrey)
4. Accept Grant Award from the Volunteer Fire Capacity Grant for $14,730; Approve the Grant Agreement with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE); and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Agreement and Any Subsequent Documents Related to the Grant (Subject to Approval as to Legal Form by County Counsel)
5. Accept Grant Award from the 2023 CAL FIRE Wildfire Prevention Grant in the Amount of $2,075,922.02; Approve Budget Action Increasing Revenue and Appropriations in the Public Works Department Budget to Recognize the Grant Funds ($2,075,922.02) (4/5ths Vote Required); Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Grant Agreement and Any Amendment (Subject to Approval as to Legal Form by County Counsel); and Authorize the Director of Public Works to Sign Any Subsequent Documents Related to the Grant (Subject to Approval as to Legal Form by County Counsel)
