2. Approve a Scope of Work Change Order at No-Cost with Peak Excavating and Land Clearing for the Yosemite West Leach Field Expansion Repair Project; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Change Order

Accept Grant Award from the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) in an Amount of $1,500,000; Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Grant Agreement (Subject to Approval as to Legal Form by County Counsel); and Approve Budget Action Recognizing Unanticipated Revenue and Appropriation in the Probation Department Budget ($1,500,000) (4/5ths Vote Required)
