4. Approve Acceptance of the John Henry Eldred Jr Foundation's Library Fund Grant Award in an Amount of $5,500 to Cover the Cost of Children's Books; and Authorize the County Librarian to Sign the Agreement

Adopt a Resolution Accepting the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Project (BHCIP<strong>)</strong> Grant Funds; Ratify the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) Director's Signature on the Conditional Award Letter; and Approve Budget Action Increasing Revenue and Appropriations in the HHSA Budget to Recognize the Grant Funding ($2,920,891) (4/5ths Vote Required)
6. Accept Grant Award from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Disease Intervention Specialist Workforce Development Grant Funds in an Amount Not to Exceed $460,728 Over the Term July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2030; Approve Budget Action Increasing Revenue and Appropriations in the Health and Human Services Department Budget to Recognize the Grant Funding ($51,192) (4/5ths Vote Required); and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign the Agreement Documents
7. Approve an Agreement with Pitney Bowes Global Financial Services, LLC in an Amount of $11,500 for a Lease Agreement; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Agreement
