Approve an Agreement to Purchase Approximately 0.18 Acres of Real Property Located at 5130 Bullion Street, Mariposa CA, 95338; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Purchase Agreement and Any Subsequent Documents Necessary to Complete the Purchase (Subject to Approval as to Legal Form by County Counsel)
3. Accept Grant Award from Central California Alliance for Health in an Amount of $50,000; Authorize the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) Director to Sign the Grant Agreement; and Approve Budget Action Increasing Revenue and Appropriations in the HHSA Budget to Recognize the Grant Funding ($50,000)
4. Discussion and Direction Regarding the Annual Building Lease for the Mining and Mineral Museum at the Fairgrounds
