2. <strong>PUBLIC HEARING:</strong> Authorize the Mariposa County Local Transportation Commission (LTC) Chair to Sign the Exercise Notice and Execute the Option Agreement to Purchase Approximately 2.3 Acres of Real Property, Commonly Known as Assessor Parcel Number 013-011-003; and Authorize the LTC Chair to Sign Any and All Necessary Documents to Complete the Purchase (Subject to Approval as to Legal Form by County Counsel)
3. Approve Second Amendment with Jackson and Coker Locum Tennens, LLC, Increasing the Amount by $200,000 for a New Amount Not to Exceed $600,000, to Increase the Hourly Rates of Staffing for Psychiatric Services; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Amendment
4. Approve Third Amendment with Wallace, Roberts, and Todd, LLC (WRT), Increasing the Amount by $2,200 for a New Amount Not to Exceed $241,550 and Extending the Term to January 1, 2027, for Landscape Design and Engineering for the Mariposa Creek Parkway Phase I and Phase II Public Access Enhancements and Riparian Restoration Project; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Amendment
5. Accept Grant Award from the National Environmental Health Association - United States Food and Drug Administration (NEHA - FDA RFFM); and Approve Budget Action Increasing Revenue and Appropriations in the Environmental Health Department Budget to Align with the Full Grant Award Amount ($3,613) (4/5ths Vote Required)
