Approve First Amendment to the Agreement with Mark Thomas and Company, Inc., Increasing the Amount by $189,738.44 for a New Amount Not to Exceed $523,508.44 for Additional Surveying and Geotechnical Investigations and Environmental Permitting, for the Zero Emission Transit Yard Project; and Authorize the Local Transportation Commission (LTC) Chair to Sign the Amendment
