Approve First Amendment to the Agreement with the Board of State and Community Corrections, Extending the Term of the Agreement from December 31, 2026, to September 30, 2027, for the Edward Byrn Memorial Justice Assistance Federal Grant Program (JAG), Also Known as the Drug Enforcement Team JAG Cohort 3 Award; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Amendment and Any Subsequent Amendments, Modifications, or Extensions Thereof (Subject to Approval as to Legal Form by County Counsel)
3. Approve First Amendment to the Agreement with the Mariposa County Chamber of Commerce, Extending the Term through December 31, 2026 and Increasing the Compensation Amount by $105,500, for Visitor Services; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Amendment
4. Approve Second Amendment to the Software as a Service (SAAS) Agreement with MySidewalk, Inc., Extending the Term by One Year from April 16, 2027, to April 15, 2028, in the Amount of $39,543 for Addition of One (1) License and Builder Pro Subscriptions for New and Existing Licenses for a Total of Six (6) Subscriptions; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Amendment
