6. Approve Fifth Amendment to the Agreement with The Building Design Group, Inc., Increasing the Amount by $12,248.10 for a New Amount Not to Exceed $184,489.10, for Additional Costs for Civil Engineering Consultant Services; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Amendment
