2. Approve an Agreement with Sacramento Behavioral Healthcare Hospital, LLC in an Amount of $600,000 for Psychiatric Inpatient Care Services; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Agreement
3. Approve an Agreement with Area 12 Agency on Aging in an Amount of $292,984 for Services in First-Year Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026 of Awarded Four-Year Area 12 Agency Grant; Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Agreement; and Designate the Health and Human Services Agency Director as the Designee to Complete and Sign Documents Per Exhibit E of the Agreement and Any Future Amendments to the Agreement (Subject to Approval as to Form by County Counsel)
4. Approve an Agreement with American Indian Council of Mariposa County Inc. in an Amount of $252,402.82 for Counseling Services; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Agreement
5. Approve an Agreement with Polar King International, Inc. in an Amount of $104,079.84 for a Walk-In Cooler and Freezer for the Correctional Facility; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Agreement
6. Approve Second Amendment to Task Order No. 3 with Black Water Consulting Engineers, Changing the Scope of Work and Increasing the Amount by $31,813.95 for a New Amount Not to Exceed $382,840.95, for Coulterville Water Improvements; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Amendment
7. Approve an Amendment to the Grant Award from CAL FIRE/California Fire Safe Council, for an Additional Amount of $147,154.56, for the CAL FIRE County Coordinator Grant Program; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Grant Agreement and Any Supporting Documents Related to the Agreement (Subject to Approval as to Legal Form by County Counsel)
8. Approve Third Amendment with Mountain Mental Health, Increasing the Amount by $40,000 for a New Amount Not to Exceed $1,120,000, for Specialty Mental Health Services Amendment; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Amendment
9. Approve Second Amendment to the Agreement with Bartle Wells Associates for Water, Sewer, and Road Maintenance Rate Studies to Cover Additional Work for Expanded Scenario Analysis and Revisions; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Amendment
10. Approve First Amendment with California Psychiatric Transitions, Inc., Eextending the End Date by One Year, for Mental Health Rehabilitation Services; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Amendment
11. Ratify the Signature of the Mariposa County Local Transportation Commission (MCLTC) Executive Director on the First Amendment of the MCLTC Standard Agreement with the State of California Department of Transportation
