6. Approve the Second Amendment with UHS of Madera, Ins. dba River Vista Behavioral Health to Extend the End Date and Increase the Amount by $230,000, for a New Amount Not to Exceed $458,320, for Inpatient Mental Health Services; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Amendment
