8. <p style="margin-left:0in;" data-pasted="true">Ratify the Signature of the Health and Human Services Director for the Submittal of the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health (MCAH) Title V Grant Application for Fiscal Years (FY) 2026-2029 for a Total Amount of $240,027 Over Three Years, with an Annual County Match Requirement in the Amount of $24,111.32; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Agreement Funding Application (AFA) for the Subsequent Three Fiscal Years if Conditions Remain the Same (Subject to Approval as to Legal Form by County Counsel)</p>
9. Ratify the Air Pollution Officer's Signature on the First Amendment G23-CAPP-15-1 to Grant G23-CAPP-15 with the California Air Resources Board, Updating Exhibit A General Terms and Conditions to Acknowledge Funding from and Adhere to the California Climate Investments Program
