8. Declare the Twelfth Annual "Field of Service," a Veterans Day Event Organized by a 4-H Membership Group at the Museum and History Center from November 8th, 2026, Through November 15th, 2026, as a County Sponsored Event; and Waive All Associated County Fees (Chair Toso)
9. Approve the Donation of the 250th Mariposa County Lapel Pins to the Mariposa Museum and History Center; and Make the Finding that the Donation of the Pins Benefits Mariposa County by Helping Support and Fund the Preservation of Mariposa County History

Approve First Amendment 26B-4021 with the Department of Community Services and Development (CSD), Increasing the Amount by $158,333 for a New Amount Not to Exceed $633,333, for Energy Assistance Payments Provided through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP); and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Sign the Amendment
