9. Accept Grant Award from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health (MCAH) Title V Grant Funds for Fiscal Years 2026 through 2029 for a Total Amount of $274,743.96 Over Three Years with an Annual County Match Requirement in the Amount of $28,079.43; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Approve the Implementation of the Grant
10. Accept Grant Award from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) California Home Visiting Program (CHVP) Grant Funds for Fiscal Years 2026 through 2029 for a Total Amount of $1,231,068 Over Three Years; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Approve the Implementation of the Grant
11. Approve End of Year Budget Action Transferring Funds within the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) to Cover the Required End of Year Transfers ($739,613) (4/5ths Vote Required)
