4. Waive the First Reading and Introduce an Ordinance Titled "Amending the Mariposa Town Planning Area Town Plan Zoning Map to Rezone 3.3 +/- acres of Single-Family Residential 9,000 sq.ft. (SFR 9,000) and Professional Office (PO) - Zoned Land with APNs 013-030-006 and 013-030-014 to the Multi-Family Residential Zone Pursuant to General Plan/Area Plan/Zoning Map Amendment Application No. PLAN-DIS-2026-00083": Applicant, Mogavero Architects: Project Site is located at 5158 and 5160 Jones Street, Mariposa, CA
5. Accept Grant Award from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health (MCAH) Title V Grant Funds for Fiscal Years 2026 through 2029 for a Total Amount of $274,743.96 Over Three Years with an Annual County Match Requirement in the Amount of $28,079.43; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Approve the Implementation of the Grant
6. Accept Grant Award from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) California Home Visiting Program (CHVP) Grant Funds for Fiscal Years 2026 through 2029 for a Total Amount of $1,231,068 Over Three Years; and Authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to Approve the Implementation of the Grant
