2. 2 Verbal report from the City Administrative Officer and Chief Legislative Analyst relative to updates including, but not limited to, Games Agreement Benchmarks and related matters.
3. 3 Motion (Harris-Dawson – Rodriguez, et al.) relative to a request that the LA28 establish a guaranteed, measurable, City of Los Angeles-specific procurement spending commitment, distinct from the LA28's existing five-county "local" business definition, with a target of the LA28's addressable procurement commensurate with the City's role as Games Host.
4. 4 Motion (Rodriguez – Hernandez) relative to a report on the FIFA World Cup public watch parties and fan festivals in order to capture best practices and identifying areas for improvement to prepare for similar events for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
5. 5 Motion (Rodriguez – Padilla) relative to the Department of Cultural Affairs, with the assistance of the City Administrative Officer, Chief Legislative Analyst, Mayor's Office, and in consultation with LA28 and other appropriate stakeholders, to report on the status of planning for the LA28 Cultural Olympiad.
6. 6 Motion (Harris-Dawson – Padilla, Lee) relative to City departments and public entities, such as Metro and the County of Los Angeles, to report with an assessment of procurement opportunities for local, small, and underrepresented businesses, and recommendations to enhance efforts to expand contracting opportunities for these businesses.
