10. 11 HOMELESSNESS AND HEALTH COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a report on allocating funding to Council Offices for the expansion of the Recreational Vehicle (RV) to Home program.
11. 12 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND JOBS and BUDGET AND FINANCE COMMITTEES REPORT and AD HOC COMMITTEE ON FILM, ENTERTAINMENT AND CREATIVE INDUSTRY REPORT relative to waiving Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) "spot check" fees, requesting a report on LAFD's ability to recover associated costs; a report on a strategy for proactive enforcement and a public education initiative regarding Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC) Section 41.20 and lawful filming.
12. 13 CIVIL RIGHTS, IMMIGRATION, SOCIAL SERVICES, AND NEIGHBORHOODS COMMITTEE REPORT City Administrative Officer report relative to accepting grants from the California Department of Aging and the Los Angeles County Aging and Disabilities Department; approval of the Area Plan and Title V 2026-2027 Budgets; and executing contracts with older adult and family caregiver service providers; and related matters.
