2. 2 City Attorney report and Ordinances, Exhibit A and Exhibit B, relative to adding Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 98.0419.1 to waive fees imposed in connection with permits to repair or rebuild buildings or structures damaged or destroyed by the January 2025 wildfires. 3. 3 Department of Animal Services report relative to authorizing the use of $25,004 of a $150,000 grant from Petco Love for the revised purpose of supporting ongoing animal care and community support services within the Skid Row area. (Referred to the Arts, Parks, Libraries, and Community Enrichment Committee, Ad Hoc Committee for LA Recovery, and Budget and Finance Committee.)
