4. 4 Motion (Price – Park) relative to declaring the City-owned property located at 8507 South Broadway as "Exempt Surplus Land" pursuant to the California Surplus Land Act.
5. 5 Motion (Hernandez – Jurado – Harris-Dawson) relative to proposed nonprofit lease with North East Trees for the use of the City-owned space located at 401 North Avenue 19, the building south ofthe Lincoln Heights Jail, for the use of nursery operations.
