1. 1 Motion (Padilla – Hutt) and Cannabis Regulation Commission report relative to asserting jurisdiction over the Cannabis Regulation Commission's action of September 4, 2025 in approving a Commercial Cannabis Activity Annual License for the Business Premises located at 8122 North Sepulveda Boulevard pursuant to Charter Section 245.
2. 2 Motion (Padilla – Hernandez) relative to requesting the City Attorney's Office, with the assistance of the Department of Cannabis Regulation, to present an ordinance amending the Los Angeles Municipal Code to extend the limited grandfathering period for Existing Medical Marijuana Dispensaries.
3. 3 Department on Disability report relative to an all-in-one fentanyl detection devices pilot program.
4. 4 Motion (Hutt – Park) relative to revising the Los Angeles Municipal Code to prohibit and penalize youth-targeted cannabis marketing not currently addressed by State or local law.
5. 5 Motion (Jurado – Blumenfield) relative to the sale of the City's interest in the property located north of Nordyke Street at the end of Avenue 56 (APN 5480-031-90).
6. 6 Municipal Facilities Committee (MFC) report relative to proposed non-profit ground lease agreement with Venice Community Housing Corporation to operate a transitional housing site at 650 Westminster Avenue, Venice, CA 92091.
7. 7 Municipal Facilities Committee report relative to proposed lease agreement with 1910 Sunset (LA) LP located at 1910 Sunset Blvd. Suite P2 Los Angeles, CA 90026.
8. 8 Municipal Facilities Committee report relative to assign City Hall East, Level P-4, Room E-116 to the Office of Finance to operate a personal computer farm.
9. 9 Motion (Hernandez – Yaroslavsky) relative to the City's capital infrastructure planning, project delivery, and interdepartmental coordination efforts.
