3. 3 City Administrative Officer report relative to the Homelessness Emergency Account – General City Purposes Fund 29th Status Report as of June 30, 2025 and funding recommendations. (This item is referred to the Housing and Homelessness and the Budget and Finance Committees)
4. 4 Motion (Blumenfield, Hernandez – Yaroslavsky) relative to requesting an analysis of the City withdrawing all legally allowable homelessness funding from the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority and contracting with the Los Angeles County Department of Homeless Services and Housing; and related matters.
5. 5 Motion (Lee – Raman) relative to requesting a comprehensive financial and conversion plan for the interim housing sites that were intended to be converted to permanent housing using Project Homekey funds.
