2. 2 Budget Motion (Price – Hutt) relative to amending the Mayor's Proposed Budget for 2025-26 to restore funding and positions in the General Services Department to be offset by funding from the Sewer Construction and Maintenance Fund.
3. 3 Budget Motion (Price – Nazarian) relative to amending the Mayor's Proposed Budget for 2025-26 to restore funding and five positions in the General Services Department for the Special Services Group to be offset by reduction in the postage account.
4. 4 Chief Legislative Analyst report relative to the success of Logistics Victory Los Angeles and lessons learned that could enhance procurement of critical supplies and materials.
5. 5 City Administrative Officer report relative to the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Sixth Construction Projects Report.
6. 6 Motion (Padilla – Price) relative to amend the Los Angeles Municipal Code to pause the Department of Cannabis Regulation from conducting any Phase 3 Round 3 retail license lottery in 2025.
