7. 7 MOTION (YAROSLAVSKY - SOTO-MARTINEZ) relative to funding for services in connection with the Council District (CD) 5 special recognition of Overdose Awareness Day at City Hall on August 41, 2024, including the illumination of City Hall.
8. 8 MOTION (KREKORIAN - HUTT) relative to amending Ordinance No. 188072 (Council file No. 22-0822-S2) that established a voluntary housing program and conditional use permit, replacement housing, and police permit requirements for hotels, including short-term rentals (STRs).
